Jennifer Loeb Cederwall

Senior Partner

Jennifer is an American attorney who founded Cederwalls International after relocating with her family from Philadelphia to Sweden in 2006. Prior to founding Cederwalls, she worked for top-tier American and Swedish Law Firms where she conducted IPOs, convertible debt offerings, Blue Sky filings and private debt and equity offerings. She has successfully taken companies from formation through exit. She specializes in assisting foreign and domestic companies with their United States corporate, tax and security issues and primarily focuses on small to medium sized companies with cross border transactions.

Jennifer graduated from the New England School of Law where she was Lead Articles Editor of the Law Review. Prior to Law School she did post graduate work in Political Science at Stockholm University, as well as attending Bath College of Higher Education in Bath, England and the Faculty de Lettres in Avingon, France. Jennifer is a member of the International Bar Association, the Americans Club, and the American Womens Club. In her free time she enjoys traveling, skiing, golf, and her three very active boys.

Markus Jansson

Katariina Moilanen

Senior Associate

Katariina grew up in Finland and moved to Sweden to study law.  She graduated from the University of Gothenburg in 2020 with a Master of Laws (LL.M.). During her studies she had an exchange semester in Finland where she studied at the University of Helsinki. Katariina is fluent in English, Swedish and Finnish. At Cederwalls Katariina specializes in Swedish and American tax law. In her free time, Katariina likes to spend time with family and friends or reading a good book.

Melinda Karlsson

Associate

Melinda obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Örebro University in January 2024 and her Master of Legal Science in January 2025. During her studies, Melinda was active in several student associations, including serving as president of Femjur Örebro and as head of social affairs for Juridiska föreningen at Örebro University.
Melinda is fluent in both Swedish and English. At Cederwalls, Melinda specializes in Swedish and American tax law. In her free time, Melinda enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with family and friends.

Adam Lantz

Associate

Adam grew up in Åkers Styckebruk, Sweden, and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Uppsala University. Prior to joining Cederwalls Adam has worked as a lawyer at a human rights law firm and as a manager at an educational company and a non-profit in the United Kingdom. He has also been involved with startups in technology (including legal tech) and access to education. He has experience in both non-profit and commercial sectors. Adam is fluent in both English and Swedish. At Cederwalls, he specializes in Swedish and American tax law.

Stefan Slavic

Associate

Stefan grew up in Stockholm and studied law at Stockholm University where he received his Master of Laws (LL.M) in June 2022. Prior to joining Cederwalls Stefan worked as a legal counsel at a labor law firm and as a tax administrator at the Swedish Tax Agency. Stefan is fluent in Swedish, English and Serbo-Croatian. At Cederwalls Stefan works with American and Swedish tax law. In his free time Stefan enjoys traveling, spending time with family, going to the movies and working out.

Isabella Sobieszczuk

Isabella received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Stockholm University in June of 2024. During her studies, Isabella also studied at the University of Warsaw in Poland. Before joining Cederwalls, Isabella worked at another law firm with focus on insolvency law. Isabella is fluent in Swedish and English. At Cederwalls Isabella specializes in Swedish and American tax law. Outside of work, Isabella enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel and taking long walks.

Klara Andersson

Of Counsel

Klara grew up in Umeå in Northern Sweden. She moved to Stockholm to study law and graduated from Stockholm University in 2017 with a Master of Laws (LL.M.). During her studies, she studied abroad for two semesters in Germany, and also completed an internship in the Swedish Embassy in Berlin. Before Cederwalls; Klara worked as a Notary in the Land and Environmental Courts and also worked at another Law Firm. Klara is fluent in Swedish, English and German. At Cederwalls Klara works with corporate law and Swedish and American tax compliance. In her free time, Klara likes to spend time with family and friends, or just be out in the nature in the forest or by a beautiful Swedish lake.

Cynthia Andersson

Chief Operating Officer

Cynthia Gayton Andersson grew up in the United States before moving to Sweden. She graduated from UCLA with honors and then worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she became a licensed California CPA. She then earned her MBA from Harvard Business School. She moved to Stockholm in 2002 with her Swedish husband where she worked for 13 years at Electrolux in Finance and Global Brand. She serves on a variety of professional and volunteer Boards both in the USA and Sweden. She travels to the USA as often as possible so her kids get to enjoy the best of both countries.

Nina Axelsson

HR & Operations Coordinator

Nina has studied Career and Guidance Counseling at Stockholm University and Labor Law and Public Procurement at Mid University. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in inclusive functionality, career choices, and project management. With extensive professional experience in systems development and database management, Nina is specialized as an Oracle DBA, having worked in both the industrial and private sectors.

In her free time, Nina enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and volunteering, especially in diversity and migration-related projects. She is fluent in Swedish and English and has a basic proficiency in German.

Maiwand Siawash Khayyam

Maiwand graduated from Kardan University in 2019 with a bachelor of Laws and Political Science (B.L.P.S) and he also completed his second bachelor’s degree in Oil and Gas Engineering (O.G.E) from Kabul Polytechnic University. He has governmental experience in administration, PR and communication. In his free time he likes working out, spending time with his friends, walking and writing. He published a book in 2017.

Office Manager

Anders works with Cederwalls in many different aspects. His experience with customer service and project management allows him to add to the client experience in many different ways. When he isn't working he is out walking in the forest with his Jack Russell Terriers and family. He also tries to get out to the archipelago whenever he can and enjoys traveling all over the world. Some of his favorite places are NYC, Rio, Moscow, Rhodes, Borneo, Istanbul, Fårö, the Serengeti, and Masai Mara in Kenya. Anders is also enjoys music, skiing and football.
